If there is anything you need to know about me, is that I have a passion for creating. From a young age, I was introduced to Hip Hop and I can tell you that I fell in love with it. Every element that embodies the culture had my heart from the first taste of it. Out of all 5 of those elements, rapping was what caught my attention the most. The word play, cadences, rhythm, and most of all, story telling, is what I gravitated towards to the most.
Which is why photography became another medium of expression for me. (I won't bore you with details of how I wanted to become a rap star in my teenage years). Through it I have found that I could tell a story of where I come from, of the people I'm surrounded by, my environment, and my experiences throughout my life.
Through my journey I've been able to meet so many people as a photographer in Southern California. Whether it's Boudoir Photography, Family Photography, Engagement & Wedding Photography, and anything else in between, the people I've encountered have taught me how everyone is unique in their own way. I would add that I welcome those folks that are their most genuine self and I make it my goal to capture their essence as best I can so they can see themselves as I see them.
As you come along with me through my journey as a photographer, I will share my experiences with several of my clients, who some have now become friends. I do hope you enjoy each image and their captions and the story behind their photo sessions. I can't wait for you to see what I've done in capturing their most valued moments!
